Application ownership

In compliance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), it is reported that this application is owned by:

1. Object

This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the Helementa app, owned by WDTECH SENSOR AND SYSTEMS S.L., intended for consulting environmental data generated by IoT sensors, as well as technical and warranty management of such devices, both by individual users and organizational entities.

The use of the app implies full and unreserved acceptance of the terms of this Legal Notice. WDTECH may modify them at any time and without prior notice.

2. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make adequate, lawful and responsible use of the app. Use for illicit, fraudulent purposes or that may cause damage to the system or third parties is prohibited.

Some functionalities may require prior registration.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All elements of the app (code, design, texts, images, trademarks, databases, etc.) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by WDTECH or third-party licensors.

Reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

4. Liability

WDTECH is not responsible for the improper use of the app by users or for the veracity or accuracy of data generated by external sensors.

It also reserves the right to modify or suspend the app or its services without prior notice.
